The Holy Spirit Middle School is using an incentive/discipline program which encourages, recognizes, and promotes positive behaviors within academic areas as well as the total school environment. Students will be given "incentive" cards which may be signed by staff members in recognition of a variety of outstanding "positives", such as exemplary class participation, leadership, peer support and help, service to others, demonstration of Catholic principles and values to mention a few. Every five weeks there will be a special event which will identify and reward students based upon the incentive cards. Those special events could include ice cream celebrations, pizza parties, raffles, out of uniform passes and many others.
